A unique blend of parkside living and urban vibrancy.

A Truly Integrated Community

Our masterplan for Little Mountain brings fresh opportunities for work, play and connection. At its centre, a community plaza will have all the daily essentials: cafés, restaurants and a grocery store, as well as a neighbourhood house offering programs, services and childcare. Beyond, a new park, community gardens, and walking and biking paths invite exploration.

Abundant green spaces for all to enjoy. A new park, as well as walking paths, rain gardens, lawns and outdoor seating, adds to the area's lush, park-like feel.

02

61,000 Square- Foot Public Plaza with Retail, Cafes & Community Spaces

A public plaza that's full of life. Lined with shops, cafés and services, this pedestrian-friendly plaza is the central hub of the community.

03

1,500+ Homes, Each Designed with Intention

A vibrant mix of homes and residents. A thoughtful range of homes makes room for a diverse community to call Little Mountain home.

A Welcoming Hub for Dining, Shopping and Daily Essentials

Anchoring the future public plaza, an artwork by Susan Point greets the community while honouring the Musqueam Nation’s deep ties to this land. Two 15-foot bronze sculptures, evoking both eagles in flight and unfurling plant shoots, embody harmony, hope and the promise of new beginnings—setting the tone for a gathering place filled with stores, dining and services.

Enhancing a Parkside Lifestyle

Little Mountain will be home to the new Wedge Park—a welcoming green space designed for gathering, play, and everyday relaxation. A pedestrian walkway will seamlessly connect residents to Queen Elizabeth Park just steps away.

Pedestrian Walkway

A carefully chosen line-up of cafés and restaurants will serve as an extension of Main Street’s culinary scene.
